The Mat Reformer

A Note from Heather—
Why I Created A Home Studio
I fell in love with Pilates twenty years ago while rehabbing a dance injury. I was so obsessed that I dropped out of UCLA to open Pilates Platinum in Los Angeles, as one of the first group studios. Today, Pilates Platinum is thriving and I still think Pilates works better than everything else!
Like yours, my days are crazy busy. I originally developed the PILATA Method for myself - to squeeze a full workout into the tight 20 minute windows of my day. The major challenge in bringing it to you: it requires a reformer. Reformers are huge and expensive, so...we invented a new one. It's incredible! And, I promise the workout will kick your *ss.
So excited to bring this to you! Let's get it!

Yes! Our classes are high intensity to make sure you get a killer workout in just 20 minutes. Every class pairs our props with our reformer - making things more efficient than a standard Pilates class. If you still want more after class is over, fire up another class from the library.
It’s the high intensity, modern workout you find at a Pilates Platinum or SolidCore but with some of the refined movements you would expect in a classical Pilates class mixed in. Our props allow us to add the moves you find in a mat class.
When it's in use, our reformer is slightly longer than a yoga mat. When it's stowed away, it's the size of a carry-on suitcase. The mat folds in half and stows nearly anywhere.
We invented (and patented) a way to separate the frame of a reformer from the rest of the moving parts of the machine. The result: the first reformer that you set up when you want to use and put away when you're done - almost like rolling out a yoga mat. The reformer fits in virtually any space - your bedroom, your studio apartment, your dorm room, your home gym - really anywhere you have enough floor space to fold out our mat. After class, it easily stows away and looks beautiful.
